t, I held and held and held then opted to for the next available agent to contact me back, and that NEVER happened, they never call back until days or weeks later. I have been trying to get a hold of customer support for two days and nothing. Then you're sent to a voicemail and automatically disconnected. Even after all the shenanigans, I decided to place the order again to see if I would have the same experience because I needed the ink cartridges. No issues there, but after receiving the cartridges and going through the process to replace them in the printer, they are not recognized and after further investigation the chips where damaged, punctured, and the ink cartridges never got a good read at all. I used the ink cartridges that were in the printer to compare the damage to.
